There is no one-size-fits-all rule: we work with a set number of rooms that we agree on together, based on the size of your property, seasonal trends, and revenue goals.
There are no marketing costs, fixed fees, or affiliate royalties for partners. Hotiday earns revenue from the reservations it generates for the assigned room cluster. The Hotiday Suite—channel manager, booking engine, and RMS—is included free of charge for partner properties for the first year.
Please fill out the application on our website: we’ll ask you for some information about your property and your goals. Our team will assess the fit and get back to you within 48 hours with feedback and next steps. If there’s a match, we’ll work with you to determine the room cluster and terms, and we’ll get the partnership started.
On the contrary: we work very well with both in-house and external revenue managers. Hotiday manages the assigned room cluster, integrating with your overall pricing strategy. The revenue manager continues to manage the property, and our RMS provides them with additional data and tools without interfering with their work.
There are no rigid multi-year restrictions: terms, notice periods, and exit procedures are transparent and clearly defined in the contract.
We work with hotels, resorts, vacation villages, residences, and B&Bs in Italy and across Europe, of various sizes and categories. During the application process, we evaluate location, type, amenities, and commercial potential.
Payments follow a regular schedule agreed upon in the contract, with transparent reporting for each reservation: amounts, commissions, and net rates are always visible. Payments are typically made monthly, but the schedule can be adjusted to meet the property’s needs.
